As the war between the Gerhardts and the Kansas City mob rages on, Mike Milligan's higher-ups become less than enthusiastic about his success rate. Eventually their patience dries up and they elect to send in the Undertaker to replace him. Naturally, Mike and the remaining Kitchen brother have other ideas, and when the Undertaker arrives, flanked by a couple of henchmen, Mike extends his hand in greeting before exposing a concealed gun, shooting the Undertaker in the face. Don't mess with Mike Milligan.
