Having been convinced by his clearly slightly mad wife that the best thing to do is to dispose of Rye's body rather than notify the authorities, Ed heads to the butchers that night and gets to work cutting his corpse up and putting it through the grinder. Lou passes in his squad car and notices the lights on and decides to pop in and pick up some meat for breakfast - fortunately for Ed he fails to notice the severed fingers on the floor - or the limbs and other assorted body parts in the back room.
