Even as the show tries to explain it away, House does seem to get only the strangest, most interesting cases - even random strangers i the clinic exhibit unusual symptoms (or help with epiphanies). The only logical explanation is that House's entire life, including the Hospital, is set up to keep him happy. Bonus points if Jim Carrey guest starred as Truman, but instead of doin anything to help House, he falls over and laughs in increasingly wacky ways
