16. "Everybody Lives!"
During the Ninth Doctor's first and only series, he faced internal struggle. He was responsible (or so he thought) for killing off his entire race and therefore was deeply effected by any subsequent loss of innocent life. However, his spirits were lifted in The Doctor Dance' when he discovers the solution to the issue at hand and states that, just this once, "everybody lives!".
