4. Penny & The Killer Robot
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y9LF8rH-svQ "The Killer Robot Instability" episode of the show isn't one that is overly packed with humour and for the most part deals with Howard falling into a bout of depression after receiving a rollicking from an irked Penny of which he only emerges from toward the episode's end, albeit after being punched in the face. Perhaps the only real comedic moment in this particular episode is the opening scene, when the gang introduce their "killer robot" M.O.N.T.E, which obviously stands for "Mobile Omnidirectional Neutralization and Termination Eradicator", (obviously). Howard and the gang plan on entering the device in the Southern California Robot Fighting League Round Robin Invitational, but first they decide to put the machine through its paces by seeing just what it is capable of. Considering the robot is equipped with a rotary saw, this perhaps wasn't one of their most well thought out ideas. The robot tears through the gang's front door, just as Penny is approaching from the hallway. Watch the video above to see the hilarity ensue.
