With a little help from Penny, Sheldon arrives at the conclusion that the only suitable gift he could buy for Amy is... a diamond tiara, of course. After being coerced into a meeting with Sheldon, Amy is at first insulted and accuses her half-boyfriend of being shallow that he would even think a gift would be enough to abate her ill-feelings, but is immediately disarmed when she sees what Sheldon has in store for her. Along with being one of the most humorous moments in the show, it is also a touching one as the relationship of "Shamy" reaches a heart-felt new level of intimacy.
