5 TV Characters That Became Increasingly Annoying

2. Eric Cartman

Eric Cartman I can say without a doubt that 7 out of 10 people who watch South Park regularly will say that Eric Cartman is their favorite character. I mean how can you not love him? He's the personification of everything that makes this world a terrible place, and I absolutely admire him for it. He feels no remorse, no guilt for killing a kid's parents, or to replace the ashes of a dead kid with kitty litter. Megalomaniac, racist, villainesque intelligence and a really twisted sense of humor made Cartman the soul of South Park. Or at least that was on the first seasons. After a while they thought it would be funny to turn Eric Cartman into the stereotype of the average bully. He now lacks the conviction he used to have to manipulate the masses to do exactly what he wanted, he now lacks the spirit to be as racist and as politically incorrect as he used to be on the earlier episodes. He's now an obnoxious parody of the character we used to like on the show.
