Charges: Destruction Of Property. Murder. Grave Robbing...
Brothers Sam & Dean Winchester are wanted in connection with a number of criminal activities across the US, including murder, grievous bodily harm, kidnapping, beheading, grave robbing and destruction of property. Believed to have died on several occasions, the Winchester brothers have none the less resurfaced and are current suspects in the murder of prominent US Billionaire Dick Roman in 2012. As is the case with many heroes, particularly those fighting supernatural elements the majority of the world are oblivious too, their actions are viewed as destructive when all they're doing is allowing the 'public' to stay safe and ignorant. Unfortunately for Sam and Dean, their US-trotting antics have garnered more attention than most and they've fallen foul of the law many times. Take the case of Dick Roman at the end of season seven - to the public he's a prominent, successful figure. To Sam and Dean, he's the head of the Leviathans, seeking to destroy humanity by turning them into a walking, talking menu. Killing him may have been the right thing to do but if the authorities ever did catch them, they would have a hard time proving that one and escaping jail time!
