1. Tyrion Saves The Day
Ah, yes, Tyrion. Everyones favorite dwarf. He doesnt get any respect from anyone, except possibly people hes beaten, and even then it doesnt seem to be terribly sincere. But, as Varys pointed out, he saved everyones bacon when Stannis invaded Kings Landing. Had it not been for Tyrions planning, the wildfire wouldnt have been in place and many more ships would have landed. Had it not been for his bravery, the troops would have likely abandoned their stations when the Hound left. As it is, Tyrion stood up and helped delay the enemy long enough for Loras and Tywin to come in and save the day. Yeah, it sucks that they are the ones who got the credit publicly, but the real people who matter (the people of Kings Landing), know who saved the day.
