2. Wentworth Miller (Gage Petronzi)
Episode: "Go Fish". Famous For: Prison Break; Resident Evil: Afterlife etc. Miller played popular student and member of the Sunnydale High swim team, Gage Petronzi - the supposed third best swimmer on the team. Gage was a student in the computer class of Rupert Giles' love interest Jenny Calendar which, after her death, was then taught by Willow Rosenberg. Willow noticed Gage had a tendency to misbehave, such as by playing solitaire on computers during class, not doing homework and gaining unacceptable test scores (mostly due to not showing up to them). Willow marked him accordingly - going against the wishes of Principal Snyder who wanted her to unfairly pass him to a D grade standard so that he could remain on the swim team and help the school to win the State Championship. After several suspected murders of swim team members, Buffy Summers began following Gage as she assumed he was going to be the next victim. Gage noticed this and, annoyed by it, confronted her at the Bronze club. After this encounter, Gage was attacked by Angelus outside. Luckily for him, the 'steroids' (which actually turned out to be more than what they seemed) given to him by Coach Marin made his blood taste foul, causing Angelus to stop feeding before Buffy rescued him. Afterwards, a grateful Gage asked Buffy to escort him home that night and waved to her during swimming practice the next day. However, in the boy's locker room, he was attacked by a Gill Monster before subsequently turning into one.
