Often one of the most maligned incarnations of the Doctor, Sylvester McCoys portrayal of the Seventh Doctor is one thats hotly debated amongst fans. Many complain that the Seventh Doctor is annoying, uninteresting, and over the top - the natural successor to the similarly disliked Sixth Doctor.
