7 Reasons Why I Am Not Okay With This Season 2 Must Happen
1. There Is Nothing Else Like It
The opening shot of I Am Not Okay With This was one of Sydney running away from sirens, covered in blood and in tears. As an opening goes it just doesn't get any more intriguing than that.
The references to Carrie and several other films through the run were well placed and boosted the fun of the show if anything, which all made for the fact that nobody has ever seen a story quite like this before.
Based on the comic-book of the same name, I Am Not Okay With This' unique tale of depression and anger, mixed with humour and angst was like a Smith's song come to life. The whole show could have been set to The Queen Is Dead and not felt out of place at all in the solemn and expressive nature of the album, which perfectly captures the pain and the humour of the series.
There just was no other show that had the same feel as I Am Not Okay With This, so it deserves to be brought back to continue its journey for all those that felt a kind of kinship with it that they didn't feel with The Boys or The Avengers.
