8 Things Watchmen TV Show Must Do Differently To Zack Snyder's Film

3. Squid. Monster.

Controversial opinion time: there's nothing wrong with the comic's squid monster.

And while the same can be said of the distinct lack of squid in the Snyder flick, why not try and mix things up this time around? There's certainly no harm in doing it, as both endings pretty much convey the same message and threat.

Plus, it'll help separate the two adaptations, and come on, who doesn't want to see... whatever the heck that thing was on the small screen?

One would imagine that the list's considerable, but even then it's a change worth making - at the very least to up the WTF factor, and to provide a surprising twist to an ending most will have only seen through the prism of the 2009 film.
