Seriously, this girl is fine. She has won the award eleven times since 2007 and what makes her truly sexy is her humble attitude towards it. She doesn't play on the whole 'sex sells' thing and this shows in the way that she presents herself and with her designs which are always extremely flattering and sophisticated. Her designs concentrate on a more classic look which unfortunately, don't always focus on ways to attract too much attention to the twins. Growing up, Keegan thought of herself as the ugly duckling as a child because of her 'braces and puppy fat.' It's safe to say that she's now a swan and everyone either wants to be her, or be with her.
