She understands the world of retail and it makes you love her just a little but more. Did she ever have any rude customers and dread going to work like the rest of you who work in the public sector? Hopefully... As she was brought up in Manchester, she worked in Selfridges in the Trafford Center and then in the Airport as a check in agent after she left school. Thank goodness she chose acting as a career otherwise she would have been wasted in the service industry.
