8 TV Characters That Turned Their Weakness Into A Superpower

All fans of DreamWorks 'How To Train Your Dragon' Franchise know that series protagonist Hiccup loses his leg at the end of the first film. In the following two films, Hiccup mostly uses his replacement leg to steer and control Toothless's prosthetic tail fin.

In the three 'Dragons' TV series (Riders of Berk, Defenders Of Berk, and Race To The Edge), the leg offers Hiccup a few more advantages, as he can easily remove it to escape tight spots, such as when a landslide leaves him trapped beneath a rock.

Lastly, the leg acts as a handy toy Hiccup can use to play fetch with his beloved dragon.
