9 Game Of Thrones Warriors Who Could Defeat The Night's King

Definitely not the first person that comes to mind when thinking about who could rid Westeros of the Night's King, and not exactly a great warrior either - but the Maestor to be has shown some real pluck over the last few seasons. And let's not forget that he also has some credentials, being one of only 2 characters in the show that have managed to kill a White Walker. 

Though he claimed (and seemed) to be a coward when we first met him, Sam's actions in the later seasons have proved otherwise. Still not particularly formidable in a fight, he nonetheless shows great courage when he has to, and doesn't hesitate to put himself in harms way when it comes to protecting Gilly and little Sam. 

Having already dispatched one Walker, it might seem unlikely that the showrunners would go there again and make Sam "The Slayer" the hero of Westeros, but don't count him out completely - he still has some dragonglass and he knows where to stick it.
