9 Moments That Prove Sansa Stark Is Game Of Thrones' Unluckiest Character

2. ...Into The Ice-Cold And Totally Twisted Fire

After almost having to marry Joffrey, actually marrying Tyrion, then hearing the prospect of a marriage to Robin, Sansa would be forgiven for just wanting to swear off matrimony for the rest of her life. At the very least the potential suitors couldn€™t get any worse, could they? Oh€ Littlefinger reveals his latest and greatest plan in his quest for power, under the guise of returning Sansa where she belongs, as he tells her he has made a betrothal with Ramsay Bolton. While he insists Sansa doesn't have to go through with it, she realises that she has little choice. While Ramsay initially presents himself as being courteous to his future wife, it isn€™t long before he starts displaying the deranged mind we€™ve come to know and loathe him for. At dinner with Roose and his new wife Fat Walda, Ramsay has Theon/Reek act as server, and repeatedly tell Sansa about killing her two younger brothers. Sadly things only continued downhill from there, as Sansa had to go through with the marriage - and was given away by Theon. Then we get to the wedding night, where Ramsay confirms he is the one person worse than Joffrey, and proceeds to rape her.
