In the penultimate episode of Vice, Dr. Algernop Krieger and three of his clones engaged in a scuffle atop a tower supporting a nuclear superweapon. After the supposedly original doctor attempted to stop his brothers from arming a nerve-gas missile destined for an unknown target, all four men fell from the tower and lost consciousness. The messy result was three dead Kriegers, and one Krieger left merely concussed. This of course leaves us with the uneasy question: is the original doctor among the deceased, or has one of the three - supposedly evil - clones taken his place? The evidence is inconclusive: the surviving Krieger drops a few hints suggesting that his familiarity with the ISIS team is limited, but argues that his mistakes are purely due to the concussion sustained from his injuries. While thats perfectly valid reasoning, it could be that theres a slightly more evil version of Krieger returning to the United States with the gang. Something tells me that this will never be fully clarified, and will instead become a running joke in Reeds ever-playful series. However, itd definitely be interesting (and undoubtedly hilarious) to delve further into the fate of the original Krieger, and to watch the agents attempt to pry the truth from the surviving doctor.
