Who He Was In Who: McGillop, a scientist working for UNIT who was present during The Day Of The Doctor when the Zygons gained access to the Black Archive. He was duplicated by the alien race and would eventually negotiate peace between the humans and the Zygons after the united Doctors' intervention.
