Here it is. The biggie. The single most stupid thing that
Doctor Who fans continue to say. To be fair, most fans get annoyed when people refer to their favourite Time Lord as "Doctor Who?" but, like with most things in fandom, there are always the ones who just take it way too far. "It's not a name, it's a question!" they'll scream in your face as you make the innocent mistake for the umpteenth time that conversation. The truth is, people who get genuinely worked up about this sort of thing are usually projecting their anger so they don't have to face up to their own personal, suppressed issues. It doesn't
really matter what people call him, unless they're calling him late for dinner, so why does it bother so many people? It's one of life's great unanswerable questions, a riddle wrapped in an enigma and squeezed into a skirt that's just a little bit too... Unlike the Clara Oswald mystery, it doesn't look like this one is going to be resolved any time soon.
