The cavalcade of guest stars that have graced the Friends stage is something else. A number of them were brought in for the reunion special;

- Elliott Gould and Christina Pickles (Jack and Judy Geller) appeared in the crowd at one point, revealing that they legitimately felt like the parents of the cast, with the ensemble typically heard screaming "The parents are here!" whenever they arrived on set.

- Tom Selleck (Dr. Richard Burke) showed up during the trivia quiz recreation, offering the bonus question of asking what Chandler's official job title was.

- Maggie Wheeler (Janice Litman-Goralnik) showed up when the cast were asked who had the loudest laugh, going on to state that the famous Janice laugh was improvised as a way to get through scenes with the legitimately hilarious Matthew Perry.

- James Michael Tyler (Gunther) appeared quickly via Zoom, explaining how the time he spent on Friends was the best ten years of his life.

- Reese Witherspoon (Jill Green) spoke of how it felt like winning the lottery when she was offered the role of Rachel's sister, albeit only appearing in two episodes

- Larry Hankin (Mr. Heckles) made a short cameo appearance as the guys were recreating the trivia quiz where Monica and Rachel lost their apartment.

- Thomas Lennon (Randall, Joey's hand twin) was correctly identified as such by Matt LeBlanc during the quiz.

On top of this, other guest stars who haven't had a smaller role in Friends were featured, including David Beckham, Malala Yousafzai, Lady Gaga, who played a wonderful rendition of Smelly Cat with Lisa Kudrow, and an assortment of names who modelled some of Friends' most iconic costumes, including Cindy Crawford and Justin Bieber.
