A Series Of Unfortunate Events Season 3 Review: 6 Ups & 3 Downs

3. Sunny Steals The Show (Again)

The pint-sized Baudelaire sibling Sunny (Presley Smith) was a sure highlight of the show's first two seasons, and she once again steals countless scenes with her hilarious subtitled interjections.

Things are a little different this year, however, as Sunny not only looks noticeably older, but she's also capable of enunciating the vast majority of her dialogue this time, adding an extra layer of humour to her precocious verbiage.

While the first two seasons relied on a ton of unconvincing CGI to make Sunny move and speak, thankfully that's been massively scaled-back this season, relying more on Smith's adorability and Tara Strong's hilarious vocal performance.
