2. Daniel Sousa
Sousa is basically the TV version of Captain America. Not only is he a man out of time, he also briefly dated Peggy Carter.
The Agents found Sousa, originally a supporting character from Agent Carter, at the beginning of the season, pulling him out of his own time to save him from what should have been his death. Since then, he's been a valuable asset to the team, especially Daisy.
Being close to Daisy has never been a good sign for an Agents of SHIELD character. Her first two major love interests, Ward and Lincoln, both died in Season 3. Since Daisy and Deke seem to have drifted apart, she and Sousa could find themselves together only for him to die, breaking her heart one last time before the show is over.
