6. What We've Seen So Far

Although we're just a couple of days from the premiere, we haven't seen too much of the series so far. We've had a few character posters, but mostly just a couple of trailers for the series.

The first one, above, debuted at San Diego Comic-Con last year, and gives us a feel for the tone of the series, which blends darkness with the more mystical elements, and there's a real mish-mash of Fuller's previous work in the visuals. It also gives us a look at Shadow's release, his meeting with Wednesday, and a few key players.

The second trailer, released last month, is largely more of the same in terms of tone (and even repeats a few scenes), but is on the whole bloodier and weirder, with a real sense of the macabre to it that hues closely to Hannibal, and sets up the war to come. In short, it looks awesome.
