2. Oliver Thredson

Two words...nipple, lamps. What makes Thredson so evil was that we saw him as the knight in shining armour. In hindsight the signs were always there, but as Thredson carted Lana Winters off to safety, her horror was only just beginning. What makes the monster worse was that he lived on in the form of his son Johnny Morgan aka Bloody Face II.
The whole Bloody Face saga lead to some of the show's most graphic scenes, including breast feeding, skinning, and necrophilia. Also, it was thanks to Thredson that the innocent Kit Walker found himself incarcerated, and that Lana Winters lost her lover Wendy. Thredson was chilling, especially considering that behind his glasses and intellect lived American Horror Story's most dangerous psychopath. Many on the list committed worse atrocities, but few did it with the calculations of Thredson.
