American Horror Story: 10 Questions We Have For The Coven/Murder House Crossover

7. Is Cordelia Still The Supreme?

American Horror Story Murder House Coven
FX

There are few American Horror Story characters that have endured as much torment as Cordelia Foxx (Sarah Paulson) did in Coven. The young woman was the headmistress of Miss Robichaux's Academy and, over the course of the 13-episode season, she was blinded, had her sight restored, blinded again (this time by herself ) and then she discovered that her mother Fiona (Jessica Lange) was trying to kill all of the potential Supremes. In spite of all this torture, Cordelia finally found some justice when it was revealed that she was to be the new Supreme.

After she took over the role, we saw Cordelia reveal witches' existence to the world, and Miss Robichaux's was more popular than ever. Coven ended on the young woman's smile, as she finally managed to accomplish something good. With her bloodthirsty mother out of the picture, the world was a promising place for witches, but after all this time, is Cordelia still the supreme?

With witches existence now public knowledge and Cordelia's name well documented in the news, she could have become a target for the non-believers out there. Additionally, another witch may take the notion that she is deserving of the title of supreme and try to take Cordelia out.
