5. The Minotaur

I'm not sure what is worse; the fact that a poor slave was turned into a Minotaur or the fact that he almost rips Queenie in half when she successfully seduces him... The first minotaur, according to mythology, was the result of a woman having sex with a bull and then giving birth to a hybrid. This birth signifies 'bad blood' or dirty blood as humans weren't really supposed to fall in love with and mate with bulls. After Bastien, a former slave of LaLaurie and the current Minotaur was seduced by LaLaurie's daughter, he was punished and accused of rape. He was then turned into a Minotaur to symbolise how impure he was by the standards of Delphine, a slave owner and torturer. The attic was one of the most sickening concepts of Coven and to see what LaLaurie was doing to innocent people for her sadistic pleasure, is actually quite frightening.
