25. Dinah Stevens (Apocalypse)
Dinah Stevens was another casualty to Apocalypse's increasingly ambitious and overwrought narrative, since she was a genuinely brilliant character lost to the bigger, more elaborate personalities around her.
The voodoo queen - and the successor to Coven's Marie Laveau - she was a resident of Outpost 3 and presented herself as calm and dignified, only for her mask to slip and reveal a cunning and selfish woman intent on bettering her own interests.
She was eventually killed by Laveau, and despite making an impression wasn't around for as long as she really deserved to be.
