Arrow: 10 Things We Learned From The Season 4 Premiere
1. Somebody Is Going To Die
But just as we're feeling like Team Arrow will be able to stop anything, we flash forward six months and see that all is not well. Oliver stands in front of an unseen grave when Barry Allen shows up to apologize for missing the funeral.
Oliver claims he doesn't blame himself, but that it's his responsibility to kill the person who did it. With that, Barry races away and Oliver is left alone.
It's certainly a bold development, but its immediate shock is meant with a healthy dose of skepticism. For the moment, we can stop speculating about who's in the ground since the writers don't even know yet! Marc Guggenheim said they still haven't decided who will die so hopefully they haven't backed themselves into a corner here. In any event, despite their further claims that this person won't be brought back, it's always hard to take death as final in a show that features a Lazarus Pit.
