Arrow: 10 Things We Learned From The Season 4 Premiere

9. Felicity's Been Helping Behind Oliver's Back

Arrow Season 4 Damien Darhk
The CW

For all of Oliver's happiness in being domesticated, Felicity feels quite the opposite. Though she's happy to try and play housewife, it's clear that this is not where she belongs. She's a far cry from the character we met three years ago and normal life lacks the thrill she's now used to as a part of Team Arrow.

Upon their return to crime fighting, Oliver takes note of Felicity's vast knowledge of the case they've just walked into. He quickly realizes that she's been helping Team Arrow from afar this whole time. He recounts their unseen adventures traveling the world while she explains how each excuse she made to get away was so she could get to her computer and help.

This could create an interesting dynamic between the characters' relationship. Oliver is not so much betrayed that she would want to help, but rather upset that they clearly don't want the same thing. Any interesting TV relationship needs some adversity and this just might be where it starts for Olicity.
