Arrow: Ranking Every Character From Worst To Best

10. Felicity Smoak

It's hard to imagine what Arrow would look like without Felicity Smoak. Though some would have preferred that she didn't exist, it's hard to deny how effective she was as a part of Team Arrow and, if anything, she added some much-needed levity to some of the darkest material.

A character that thrives in the supporting role, she became intolerable during the third and fourth (and occasionally, the fifth) seasons when the showrunners forced her to the forefront and turned her into Oliver Queen's love interest. And, unfortunately, that greatly hindered her from ever reaching her full potential.

That being said, when she was at her best, Felicity was quirky, adorable and badass - not to mention and an integral part of the team - and Emily Bett Rickards was an always enjoyable addition to the show.

It is hard to imagine what Arrow would look like without her, but we're going to find out in Season 8.
