Arrow: Ranking Every Character From Worst To Best

9. Thea Queen

Thea Queen was easily one of the best characters on Arrow. Unfortunately, that didn't prevent her from being one of the least-appreciated characters.

Oliver Queen's delinquent and rebellious sister eventually grew out of her vices as she fell in love and, in doing so, she matured into an fully-grown adult (before she was fully-grown) as she ran her own nightclub out of The Glades before going on to train with the League of Assassins and even become a superhero.

Willa Holland had a way of making even the most simple of lines feel like they carried a ton of weight and that is a talent that the show failed to utilise too many times. A character that consistently deserved so much better, it's a real shame that Thea's full potential was never realised. That said, we'll always have those first few seasons to appreciate just how strong of a character she truly was.
