Arrow: Ranking Every Character From Worst To Best

Oliver's morally ambiguous father, Robert Queen is a character that is rather hard to pin down. Of course, that was intentional, as he's never actually alive in the present during the show and thus, all we know about him is through the flashbacks of various characters. However, that doesn't make it any easier to analyze him.

There were times when he came across like the hungry business tycoon that he was perceived to be, and yet there were moments where he exhibited genuine affection for his children that ended up making us question everything we ever knew about him.

That makes him, in a sense, like a lesser-developed version of his wife, Moira: Someone who, on the surface, was driven by success but still cared a great deal for his children - even if he wasn't always willing to show it.
