Arrow Season 4: 9 Characters Who Need To Die

4. Thea Queen

Arrow John Barrowman
The CW

As mentioned, Thea is one of many characters to have already died on the show (given no one stays dead, surely they can bring back Tommy?), and she has now joined Team Arrow as a vigilante in her own right, going by the name of Speedy (and not Red Arrow).

Thea was kept in the dark for a long time with regards to Oliver’s alter-ego, being the last major character to find out, and that was to her detriment. Things improved once she was let in on the secret, and the character was much better as a result.

Even still, she isn’t the most important character on the show, nor one of the best. Her closest relationships outside of Oliver are with Malcolm Merlyn, who is now off in Nanda Parbat, and Roy, who she’s already said goodbye to. The strongest link she has is Olly, and while her death would be a tragic loss for him, it’d also give the potential for some grief-stricken, revenge-driven storylines, and make room for other potential additions to the team.
