Arrow Season 4: 10 More DC Characters We'd Love To Appear

10. Creeper

Just one look at him and it€™s fairly apparent that Creeper is one of the most distinct characters in the entire DC Universe. But his colourful get-up and maniacal laugh don€™t tell the whole story. By day, he€™s Jack Ryder, an outspoken TV host who was gunned down by mobsters, only to be saved by an experimental serum. Of course, this serum could also be given some magical properties if they€™re looking to tie it into the theme of the season, or perhaps it could be a derivative of Mirakuru to link it to the show's past. Regardless of his origin, Creeper is a definite oddball and his wild card nature could pair perfectly with a more serious Oliver. Similarly, Ryder could offer a civilian presence to help Oliver€™s campaign. This year, Arrow has made a concerted effort to bring itself out of the darkness and inject some more fun into the show and he could be the way to do that. Of note, strangely the use of Ryder was disallowed for a brief role in Man Of Steel. Could it be that DC wanted to save him for something more meaningful, perhaps a recurring role on Arrow?
