4. What's Phase 3?
Speaking of Darhk and mysteries, there was another thrown up in this episode, just before the card tricks happened. It was in a conversation with Mina Fayed, when he said it wasn't about Phase 3, which she referred to as 'Genesis' (and dear God, hopefully not Genysis). Aside from that fact this is the second Marvel reference in The CW's DC-verse this week (The Flash had Professor Stein channeling his inner Stan Lee with an "excelsior!"), it begs the question of what this Phase 3/Genesis entails. Darhk obviously has big plans for Star City and its inhabitants, ones that don't bode well for the future, so now that he's already started to infiltrate it at the top level, what could be the next stage?
