6. How Will Things Get Back To Normal?
It hasnt just been a larger than life couple of episodes for fans, Team Arrow is surely feeling the effects as well. They dealt with an immortal Egyptian priest, met two reincarnated people who sprout wings whenever they want and hung out with their friend who can run at super speed. Since the main ability that everyone on Team Arrow has seems to just be shooting things, that might be a lot to handle for some of them. A simple time jump of a few weeks might do the trick, or even a couple of lines of dialogue from Diggle being thankful that things are as they should be. A return to the status quo is sure to be quick, if only for the sake of next weeks episode getting underway, but there still ought to be a process. It would be disappointing for things to get back to normal without any acknowledgement of how crazy things had gotten, but it may be for the best that Arrow just blows past it. The fun was had with this crossover but now its time to get back to the dark and gritty Arrow that people love.
