Arrow Season 4: 12 Questions We're Asking After The Mid-Season Finale

Who shoots people up during the holidays?!

Episode 9. It's always episode 9. Thanks to Game of Thrones, it's perhaps the most infamous and anticipated episode in recent years, but it's not just in Westeros where IX tends to be pretty explosive; it's a habit Arrow has gotten into as well. Season 1 unveiled Malcolm Merlyn as the Dark Archer; Season 2 brought Slade Wilson back from the dead; last year had Oliver stabbed through the chest and kicked off the top of a mountain. With episode 9 serving as the mid-season finale, the show likes to go out on a high, and Season 4 had a lot to live up to. Thankfully, it managed it wonderfully. After an attack on Oliver and the Star City bay, the future Mayor decided to bring Damien Darhk into the light by revealing his name and face to the world, which worked about as well as expected. Thanks to his plan backfiring, Dark Waters sees most of Team Arrow kidnapped and locked in a gas chamber, Malcolm Merlyn donning the Green Arrow suit, Quentin revealing his true allegiances, and the potential death of one of the show's best characters. Naturally, then, there are a few questions to be asked. Unfortunately we have to wait until January to get the answers.
