Arrow Season 4: 13 Questions We're Asking After Eleven-Fifty-Nine

3. What Impact Will This Have On Team Arrow?

Laurel might not be an OG, but she's still been a crucial part of Team Arrow, both as their friend and as the Black Canary.

Her death is going to be a devastating blow for all of them, but in particular Oliver, because a) he's known her the longest and loved her, and b) this is Oliver, so he'll probably take the responsibility on his shoulders, and also Diggle, because Laurel's death can be seen as a direct consequence of his trust in Andy.

How will these people move forward in their grief, and how will Team Arrow go on a member down? This is the biggest death Arrow have delivered so far, so the impact truly needs to be felt.

All of that is without mentioning Quentin. Again, he will feel responsible for this, and he's already had to deal with losing a daughter. Twice. This third time, based on the end of the episode, could push him over the edge.
