4. His Son's Mother
It's easy to forget about the fact that Oliver Queen has a child, because it so rarely comes up on the show. It was mentioned on Arrow in Season 2, and didn't come up again until the baby mama appeared in a brief scene in an episode of The Flash last year. There has to be some reasoning behind that, a tease of something to come in the future involving her and her son. She's living in Central City, which is very much connected to Star City (not just in literally getting between the two cities, but because of the shared universe of Arrow and The Flash). Given the connection she has to Oliver - she's the mother of his son - it's understandable that he'd be broken up about her death, and swear vengeance on the person who murdered her, while if she's coming back into it then there's a good chance Barry will get to know her too. Putting me off this idea is the fact the funeral is in Star City, when she lives in Central, and the fact it would presumably mean Oliver then having to raise a child. That would make his already hectic schedule - running for Mayor and running around being the Green Arrow - even busier, and I don't think the show is at the stage of having Oliver be a proper dad just yet.
