Arrow Season 4: 8 Things You Need To Know About Green Arrow

8. The Costume

Revealed at San Diego Comic-Con back in July, this is the big new change - in aesthetic terms at least - for our titular hero. It's noticeably different in a couple of ways, with quite a bit more leather and, of course, the fact that it has short sleeves. Aside from the fact this may necessitate Olly getting back on the salmon ladder (unless it's still embroiled in its relationship with Flash's cosmic treadmill), it clearly takes the character closer to his comic-book roots. It's not quite as brightly coloured as the classic version, but still more similar than anything we've seen so far. Stephen Amell confirmed that he'd be becoming the Green Arrow, and putting on this suit is the visual representation of that. The character is also known for having a rather easily identifiable goatee, so there's a chance we might see Amell growing out his facial hair a little bit more this year.
