Arrow Season 4: Things That Need To Happen Before The Mid-Season Break

3. Green Arrow Vs Damien Darhk

Green Arrow and Damien Darhk have faced off a couple of times already. Both have been surprising, exciting, and far too brief. From what we've seen it's going to be a big struggle for Oliver to defeat his new nemesis, but there hasn't been a wholly defining moment for this rivalry, especially if you compare it to the Flash and Zoom. The mid-season finale often lifts the veil off the Big Bad, but it's going to have to do something slightly different here, as Darhk has been established since the beginning of the season. The best way to do that would be having a big showdown between the pair. Not so big that it can't be topped, but one that gives us more than the glimpses we have received so far. This would really ramp things up heading into the break, and set the scene for Oliver to get stronger, or find a different way of defeating Darhk if he can't simply do it in combat, opening up the potential for a rather different sort of battle to the ones we've seen before. Just don't have him killed-but-not-killed again, please.
