8. How Long Before Diggle And Thea Rejoin Team Arrow?

Speaking of Team Arrow, and while they may be getting replaced, there's still going to be room in the lineup for Diggle and Thea. The former has left to rejoin the army, and the latter simply giving up on vigilantism, but both will almost certainly back (indeed, we know Dig will be, with a new helmet to go with it).

The bigger question is how long it takes. Thea seems pretty set in her decision, and can still be a part of the show thanks to running the show as Oliver does his best at being Mayor. We'll see more of a political side to her, but she's still going to come back to being Speedy at some stage - though it may take longer than Diggle.

There's not as much story they can do with him not part of Team Arrow, so perhaps after the first couple of episodes we'll see him donning that helmet.
