9. Diggle

Diggle is a key part of the 'OG' Team Arrow, though has often found himself pushed a little too much to the sidelines in recent seasons, or given storylines that don't necessarily show him in the best light (such as his issues with Lyla this year).

He is, nonetheless, Oliver's best friend and most trusted ally though, and a consistently strong presence on the series. His death would be a blow to Oliver and to viewers, and something of a real shock. Yet there's also the chance that there isn't too much left for him to do storywise, meaning there's an outside chance he'll go, packing one hell of an emotional gutpunch. Countering that again though, would they kill off as big a character in such circumstances?
