After making his debut in Season 4, Curtis Holt (Echo Kellum) became a more regular presence on the series this year, with mixed results. It's been interesting to watch his transition into Mister Terrific, and he adds a different dynamic to the team when they're out on the streets. At the same time, he's also looked out of his depth, and his more jokey approach can be hit-and-miss.

Regardless, he earned his superhero stripes, and the show could well continue with him as is. Kellum also posted a picture on Instagram of him as Mr Terrific with Katie Cassidy's Black Siren, teasing Season 6, which suggests he'll be back. But if the show did want a death that might be surprising, but wouldn't necessarily change things too much, this is one that would work.
