8. Diggle Won't Wear The Green Arrow Suit
When we last saw John Diggle, he was perfectly happy protecting people in his new role as an A.R.G.U.S. agent. However, as a parting gift, Oliver left him a Green Arrow suit should he ever wish to take up the mantle in his absence. Diggle had previously filled in for Oliver in the first half of Season 6 and ultimately fell out with him when the original Emerald Archer refused to trust him with it ever again (due to Diggle keeping his injury a secret).
The negative reaction to Diggle's stint as the Green Arrow coupled with the fact that we have already seen it before is enough to ensure that the show won't travel down this route again.
Aside from that, from a storyline standpoint, Diggle will likely remain perfectly happy as an agent for the foreseeable, working alongside his wife Lyla. And with the vigilante ban in Star City, he won't bother with any bows or arrows in the near future, especially since someone else will already be busy doing that.
