Felicity has been one of Arrow's core characters since Season 2, and that's never going to change. Going from the voice in Oliver's ear to the woman he married, she has put herself in harm's way more times than she cares to count and she will undoubtedly do so again in Season 7 to protect her husband's son, William.
With Oliver behind bars, the writers will undoubtedly make us wait for the pair's eventual reunion, and, this may be stating the obvious, but Felicity needs to be alive for that to happen. Yes, she is in immediate danger. No, that doesn't mean she's going anywhere. Like always, she will prove her resilience and make it out the other end.
There is always an outside chance that she could sacrifice herself to protect William, but it's highly unlikely that the show would ever kill her off. For that reason alone, Felicity will out-think, out-talk, and outsmart any threats throughout the entirety of Season 7.
