Arrow Season 7: Ranking The Probability Of Every Major Character Death
7. Dinah Drake
Dinah Drake and her merry band of "New Team Arrow" cohorts struggled to fit in last season after their forced conflict with some original team members turned them into public enemies among fans. Furthermore, the character had been designed to take over the Black Canary mantle after Laurel Lance's death, but with Katie Cassidy back on the show full-time (as Black Siren now), a lot of fans were questioning why Dinah was still there.
Having said all that, Juliana Harkavy has been a pleasant addition to the show and, when the writers get Dinah right, it's easy to see the charm of the character. But this season could finally be her chance to shine.
With Quentin Lance dead, Dinah is now seemingly the only tie that Team Arrow has to the SCPD, so that will undoubtedly come into play multiple times throughout the season. With vigilantes currently outlawed in Star City, her role is also the only real tie that viewers have to the crimes that take place. So, she's going to be a pretty indispensable character this season, and that makes the possibility of her death all the more unlikely.
Though there's always the chance that she could leave the show at some point, there is no way that the writers would ever risk killing off another Black Canary.
