Arrow Season 8: Ranking Every Character From Worst To Best

A character that had very little to do in the early-going of the season because of the standalone Crisis-heavy episodes, Rene Ramirez - or at least the version of him that we know - only really factored into the plot of about three episodes.

Again, disappointing but understandable given all the show had to accomplish in its final season and we can appreciate the fact that the writers attempted to make time for his own arc as they built the foundations of - and eventually pulled the trigger on - his long-teased mayoral run, all while providing us with some endearing moments between him and his daughter.
